FARMERS MARKET

Entries must be received by August 22nd; no late entries will be accepted.

CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 4:00 PM -6:30 PM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST26th.

Please Note:  One entry per class per Exhibitor. American system used for placement of ribbons and premiums.

The building is open to drop off exhibits between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM on Tuesday, August 26th. All exhibits must be brought to the Farmers Market at this time. Judging will be done on Wednesday, August 27th. Exhibits must remain in place until Monday, September 1st  at 5:00 PM. Exhibit pickup 5:30 PM but before 6:30 PM Monday, September 1st, 2025. No vehicles will be allowed near the Home Arts/Farmers Market on Monday evening. Exhibits may also be picked up from 9:00AM – 10:00AM on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025.

All exhibits must be grown by exhibitor during the current year. No exhibitor may rearrange exhibit after judging begins. A plate/basket consists of at least three items unless otherwise specified.  

FOR VALIDATION OF PREMIUM PAYMENT – WORKSHEETS MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH EXHIBITOR AND SUPERINTENDENT.

A large arrangement, under 3 feet, using at least 5 Dried Floral Varieties, in container of your choice. Dried may be used in natural form and color, or may be dyed. The exhibit will be judged on color coordination, harmony, balance, quality, and condition of plant materials. Professional or Organization /Garden Club sign may be displayed after judging. Fabric background to be provided by exhibitor.
