Wednesday, August 28, 2024 5:00pm – 9:00PM
Thursday, August 29, 2024 7:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (all vehicles and trailers must be in the parking lot by 2pm)

ENTRY INFORMATION

Absolutely no entries will be accepted beyond posted deadline, unless specified in their department.  

Exhibitor and Parent/Guardians are solely responsible for making sure all required documents are on file in the 4H office.

Entries must be done online by Clicking Here.  Once the entry is completed online it will be sent to the fair office automatically. Please fill out the entry form completely.

Entry forms are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. If entries are received in excess of the accommodations available, the Hopkinton State Fair reserves the right to reject entries at its discretion.

The Exhibitor Handbook is intended as a guide and changes may occur. The Hopkinton State Fair may not be held liable for typographical errors.
